Hayley Orrantia, the American actor, singer and songwriter. She is best known as Erica Goldberg from the TV comedy program "The Goldbergs". Her primary focus is as the performer. Music is her first love, she claims; it's something that she started dabbling into when she was just nine years old. After she turned 12 years old, music was taken seriously enough, that she started professional training. The year 2013 saw her take the plunge into songwriting and made her first album. Since then there has been no looking back. Orrantia was born in the USA and yet she holds Hispanic origins. Despite the fact that she only spoke English throughout her childhood and not been to Mexico Orrantia is happy with her Hispanic origins. To preserve it, she has learned Spanish and created songs that are in Spanish. "Hasta Verte", a Spanish-language song which she recorded can be a perfect illustration. In the summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the debut episode of The X Factor. Orrantia was chosen out of an YouTube video submission and received the judges' four "yes" no votes by the judges at the time of live auditions in Seattle, Washington. Her initial audition was in the show "Hollywood Week" as a solo artist. But, three other female vocalists as well as her were put together to audition other songs. They were eliminated during the fifth week in the live performances.
